Some people ask me if we're doing all right
If your traveling leaves me lonely every day
Although sometimes it's true,
I just think of me and you
And I smile 'cause it's worth it just to say
That it's a good day to be missing you, my darling
It's a good day to wish your hand was holding mine
Well although I'm miles away
Our love grows stronger every day
It's a good day to miss that man of mine
Sitting here on this bridge at night
All alone as the fireflies softly glow
Well just like the fireflies
I see that light inside your eyes
And I smile cause its worth it just to know
That it's a good day to be missing you, my darling
It's a good day to wish your hand was holding mine
Well although I'm miles away
Our love grows stronger every day
It's a good day to miss that man of mine
It's a good day to be missing you, my darling
It's a good day to wish your hand was holding mine
Well although I'm miles away
Our love grows stronger every day
Yes, every day
It's a good day to miss that man of mine
