Good evening
Real nice to see you
Thanks for coming
Happy birthday, Henry!
Thank you
Presents and cards for me?
Goddamn, thank you (happy birthday, Henry!)
Oh, my God
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Thanks
I want to tell you
How I, uh, came to be here tonight
I had this idea, I was in an airport
In Johannesburg, South Africa
And the vibe in the place was really bad
And I just got there, I came up with this idea
That I wanted to do a show on my birthday
And I wanted to play in Chicago
I swear to God, I am not kidding you
I want to be in this city on this night
So, called my manager in Los Angeles
It was business hours still, you know
Looked at the time change, and I said, "Figure it out"
Find me a venue on my birthday"
And this was in December!
So, it, it's hard to get a show in February
When you're asking in December
'Cause everything's booked
So I said, "Make it happen," you know, "Try
Because that's the city I wanna be in on my birthday, I wanna be on stage"
And so, we got it happening, and here I am, and here you are
And I swear to God, there's no place I'd rather be
I thank you so much for coming, so, okay
Thank you
