I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King
I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King of kings
Oh, I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King
Comin' down (comin' down)
Comin' down for you and me, you and me
I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King
I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King of kings
Oh, I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King
Comin' down (comin' down)
Comin' down for you and me, you and me
Now, I've seen old John's revelation
And I believe these are the final days
And even now, the Lord is at the threshold
Just waitin' now to call His church away, church away now
I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King
I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King of kings
Oh, I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King
Comin' down (comin' down)
Comin' down for you and me, you and me
This time, He won't need a manger
This time, He won't need a cross
This time, He won't need a borrowed tomb
Oh, sinner, don't still be lost
This time, He will be the champion
This time, He won't be denied
Oh, this time, He'll be comin' in the clouds
Wearin' His garments pure as white
I know, I know, I know now
I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King
I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King of kings
Oh, I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King
Comin' down (comin' down)
Comin' down for you and me, you and me
Oh, I'm ready (I'm ready, oh, I'm ready)
I'm ready (I'm ready, oh, I'm ready)
Are you ready? (I'm ready, oh, I'm ready)
I'll be ready (I'm ready, oh, I'm ready)
'Cause every knee's gonna bow (I'm ready, oh, I'm ready)
And every eye's gonna see (I'm ready, oh, I'm ready)
And every tongue will confess (I'm ready, oh, I'm ready)
He's the King of all kings (oh)
I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King
I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King of kings
Oh, I'm gettin' ready for the comin' of the King
Comin' down (comin' down)
Comin' down for you and me, you and me, you and me
