I got a lil story to tell ya
You ready? So
When I was a little girl
My mother asked me
What do you wanna do when you grow up?
I didn't know what to tell her
But I knew I wanted to be awesome
Hang out with the coolest people
And wear the nicest clothes
Be somebody, you know?
Thinking bout now, I was always the life of the party
The first one to go crazy on the dance floor
As I stand here proudly on this couch
With bottles in the air, people dancing, sparklers
The music bursting, the deejay playing
Lights going crazy, I realized
All I really wanted to do was
Drink, dance, live the life
