Lyrics
I see the light
Shine on me
Leading me
Telling me where to go
I see the Lord
Touching me
Strengthening me
He says I'm not alone
It's a new day
It's a new day
He heard of silver spoon but he had none
Struggle is the story where he came from
Got a life that anybody found none
He found none
He found none
As a young boy he had his own dreams
But life wouldn't support what is all his
And since the people around him couldnt see this
They mocked him
They mocked him
Its seems to be able to support his dream alone
I say the Lord got him to be His own
I know you wondering who we're talking about
We re talking about you Joe
Its a new day
Its a new day
Its a new day
Its a new day
I was hoping the things
Would be the same
I see the bridge kissing
I couldnt bear the shame
I made up my mind to stay up on my journey
But some tried to discourage me
But God came
Fight again through me
He said son there is aint none that you can't do
He said trust Me
I'll be your sailor
And your ship will never sink forever
And You've been faithful
Faithful God You are
Faithful is Your name
Faithful from the start
Faithful You will be forever
Faithful to me even when all my flaws had made me
I see the light
The world is dark
Illuminate the night
So don't think He doesn't hear when you pray
Put your worries away
He is making a new day
I see the light
Shine on me
Leading me
Telling me where to go
I see the Lord
Touching me
Strengthening me
He says I'm not alone
It's a new day
It's a new day
It's a new day
It's a new day
Its Your word
God in me
Everywhere and everyday
No one heard Your Spirit talking inside me
And no limitation
You're a chosen generation
yeah
It's a new day
It's a new day (Its a new day)
It's a new day (Glory allelujah)
It's a new day
I see the light
Shine on me
leading me
Telling me where to go
