Lyrics
Back in the early '80s
We were touring the river
And came to Berlin
And I went through Checkpoint Charlie
Into the East side
It was an unforgettable experience really
To see how politics could divide us
And it moved me so much
I wrote a song about the experience
And it's called "The East Side"
