Interesting enough
You put our CD on to hear new
Intriguing sounds that ring true
Tribal carved pellets of bamboo
Drill holes in ram horns to play flute
Pry open mouths whose truths lay mute
Winter has its place but spring has new
Colors from a palette left unused
For two seasons underground greens or pop blues
Your rainbow used to excite the pupils
Ignite a few neurons
Mic and quarter for me experience to give you pure rhymes
God has chosen a few MCs
With success professing our responsibility
To move heart and mind and body and stir emotionally
I take the challenge
Take it, take it
Take the challenge
Take it, take it
Take the challenge
Take it, take it
Take the challenge
Take it, take it
Take the challenge
Take it, take it
Take the challenge
Take it, take it
Take the challenge
I've been emotionally crushed
The world is a ghetto and it's left me in the dust
I'm like a zombie at my television watching butts
There's nothing to stimulate me my brother nothing much
It's like I'm a baby getting fed but never touched
I bleed in print from the sticks of rose stems
From trying to smell roses from my garden
And there's angels on each shoulder one good and one bad
The good saying take the challenge other saying nah
The odds are very heavy on the negative side
Therefore I need my bamboo pellets from my tribe
Spiritually speaking it's needed to stay alive
I take the challenge
Take it, take it
Take the challenge
Take it, take it
Take the challenge
Take it, take it
Take the challenge
Take it, take it
Take the challenge
Take it, take it
Take the challenge
Take it, take it
Take the challenge
Take it, take it
Take the challenge
Take it, take it
Take the challenge
If you ready to step up
Just come right here
If you ready to get up
Just come right here
If you ready to get loose
Just come right here
If you ready to get juiced
Just come right here
If you ready to step up
Just come right here
If you ready to get up
Just come right here
If you ready to get loose
Just come right here
If you ready to get juiced
Just come right here
It's nature to take the path of least resistance
It's spiritual to take the godly path assistant
I got things to do, things to do, things on my mind
I got things to do, things to do, and ain't got much time
I got life to live, life to live, and gotta live it right
I got life to live, life to live, things is getting tight
Yo take it, take it, take the challenge
Take it, take it, take the challenge
It's the Urban Insanity movement
Ha, with Arrested Development
Boom banging in your eardrum
With that country bump
Yo
We back at y'all again
With the mashed potatoes and that gravy
And that fish
And that little country green
Right there in your mouth
This is no church shirt
That's how we be doing it
In the dirtiest of hands
